All VA's have issues with dark fast moving areas on the screen. You can try to minimize it but it will never go away. Most gamers will not use a VA panel.

Depends on your vid card. Ultrawides are more forgiving vs 4k due to less resolution in the verticle dept

Nvm kinda answered my own question. This only supports usb C (not a dedicated dock) and no vesa.
