I know this is a known issue which has not been addressed and seems like it never will be by Crowbar Collective. For a lot of people Black Mesa crashes at launch... the Crowbar Collective screen comes up and then the game crashes. Searched a bunch of forums and have not found the solution. It used to work, but it just doesn't now. I get the same crash on my laptop Windows 11 and my desktop, Windows 10. Both PCs are completely updated as well as GPU drivers. Anyone here found a solution?

Some games have crash logs (data gets logged to a file and written to the game directory) that can read after the fact. Looks like a common reason for this particular game's crashing is due to settings that don't auto revert or some janky mods?
